Baked for us in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our panettone is handmade by a zealous master baker in Brescia, Italy. He has been perfecting the recipes of his traditional Italian dolci for over 30 years and this Panettone is our favourite.

Seggiano Chocolate & Raspberry Panettone is a joyful expression of Italian festive baking, handmade in Lombardy by master baker Beniamino Bazzoli.

Each loaf is naturally leavened with a 30-year-old mother yeast, then baked slowly for a rich, airy crumb. Studded with raspberries and bittersweet chocolate, it balances tart fruit with deep cocoa richness.

Made with organic eggs, butter, and time-honoured care, it’s a celebration of craftsmanship and flavour. Whether served with spumante, espresso, or simply good company, this is panettone, perfected.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, raspberries 13.9% (raspberries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice), dark chocolate 13.9% (cocoa mass, granulated sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), organic EGG yolk, granulated sugar, water, leavening agent: natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), orange aromatic paste (granulated sugar, orange peel, acacia honey), salt, BARLEY malt powder

ALLERGENS: GLUTEN, MILK, SOY, EGGS

Always store this cake in a cool, dark place. Once opened, reseal the packet to maintain freshness. Consume within ten days of opening.
