The Sauce Shop, a UK based, independent maker of sauces, have traditional brown sauce a makeover! Fruity and tangy, sweet and sour, with a warming blend of spices, this is the ultimate Brown sauce!
They used tamarind for extra tanginess (this sometimes crystallises - just so you know!) and goes amazingly well with classics like shepherd's pie and of course... a fry-up!

This version of brown sauce is super rich, fruity and deliciously tangy. As well as being brilliant on the classics, it goes very well with cheese - try it on a cheeseboard instead of pickle or chutney.
Please note: this product may contain small pieces of crystallised sugar from the tamarind (just like when honey crystallises).
Ingredients: Tomato Puree, White Grape Vinegar, Onion, Sugar, Dates, Black Strap Molasses, Salt, Tamarind, Spices.
