These Artisan Paccheri are direct from Italy and created from the best Italian durum wheat.

Handmade, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature, these Paccheri are the best you could eat.

Paccheri are a Neapolitan form of pasta, they have the shape of large macaroni and are best suited for rustic tomato based sauces which will fill the holes as you mix the sauce through. You could also use them for baked pasta.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water.
